At ContrastCraze, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely pleased with your order, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt of your items.
To initiate a return:
1. Please contact us at info@contrastcraze.com within 14 days of receiving your order to notify us of the return.
2. Ensure the items are in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.
3. Pack the items securely and include the original packing slip or order number in the package.
Once we receive your return:
- We will inspect the items and process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of damaged or incorrect items.
- Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy criteria.
